The PlastART Medical Manufacturing Center specializes in quick turnaround from product development and up to mass production of special flexible thermoplastic containers.
Combining in-house resources and long standing collaborations with raw materials, film production machinery and controls providers around the world, we are able to support the project from concept, through prototyping, small-scale production, testing and mass-production.
The container development and production starts with development of multilayer thermoplastic films, from raw materials, through layer structure and up to the final film.

Bio-reactor containers for cell-based protein growth technology
PlastArt Medical together with Dr. Yosef Shaltiel, Biochemistry expert from the Weizmann Institute of Science, joined forces to develop a flexible bioreactor for active production of proteins.
The R&D efforts are focused on industrial production of a flexible bioreactor container, with unique geometry and flow-control, creating optimal conditions for high-yield protein production.

Thermoplastic flexible sleeves for ozone therapy application
Flexible liner sleeve for bedsores treatment. The sleeve enable ozone gas delivery to the treatment area while completely sealing from the outside environment.
This disposable sleeve is comprised from OAN materials and is part of a multi-purpose kit for the treatment application.
